Rosman is a rapidly growing, client-focused, specialized physician recruiting firm. We provide both permanent/retained search and locum tenens solutions. Our team is looking for both Senior (experienced) and Associate Recruiters to join our high-energy team. A collaborative, partnership approach is key, as you will work shoulder to shoulder with other specialized, expert recruiters and account managers. To succeed at Rosman, you must have a true commitment to quality and customer service. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and superior communication skills are vital. Experience in healthcare and/or recruiting and staffing would be a plus. Some travel is required.
How will you spend your time as a Physician Recruiter?
- Developing a substantive knowledge base regarding physician employment trends. We will train you, but you will need to be interested and self-motivated
- Consulting with hospitals and private practice physicians as a trusted advisor on employment structure, compensation, and candidate backgrounds
- Working with clients to learn about their vision, culture, and who will be a good fit. Develop marketing materials to attract the right candidate for each position
- Developing a network of qualified physicians to connect with opportunities that are a great fit for their lives

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and results-driven with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 2-3 years of executive search, physician recruiting, or technical recruiting experience is ideal!
