Meet Tessa Rolleston

Tessa Rolleston started her career in hospitality while attending The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in Los Angeles after high school in 2004. When she returned to Cleveland in 2008, she began working for James Beard award-winning chef Jonathan Sawyer as his assistant and marketing director for his portfolio of restaurants including Greenhouse Tavern, Noodlecat & Trentina. In 2016, Tessa joined Majestic Steel USA as hospitality director, and was a founding member of the hospitality group Kind of One Concepts when it was created in 2018. In 2023, after two very successful restaurant openings, Tessa decided to make a career change and joined RosmanSearch as a neurosurgery and orthopaedic spine recruiter. Tessa resides in Shaker Heights, OH with her husband, daughter, and three cats.
