Meet Slade Kern

Slade Kern has over 10 years of experience growing and leading teams in healthcare staffing for both Recruiting and Business Development in Permanent search & Locums. Slade takes a unique approach to understanding the obstacles each client faces and uses his immense knowledge of the ever-changing healthcare landscape to help them achieve their mission. Previously, Slade served as Director of Recruiting for 2 nationwide firms leading their Locums team. He worked with private practices, hospital systems, and State & Federal agencies where he was recognized for his commitment to helping them build programs to better serve their communities.

Slade is a huge animal lover (dogs run the house), avid boater, musician, and farmer. He and his wife, Sarah, also operate a small dairy farm North of Dallas. If he's ever unavailable, it's probably because he is having to wrangle the goats & pigs away from the chicken coop.
