In her current role, she builds a network of qualified providers and supports recruitment by sourcing providers, managing timesheets, and coordinating physician travel. Her six years as a teacher and experience in learning and development enhanced her communication skills and ability to create positive experiences. Morgan is committed to a seamless onboarding process for clients and physicians, thriving on teamwork and detail-oriented work. Originally from Dallas, TX, she moved to Columbus, Ohio with her husband, daughter, two cats, and dog. She enjoys getting outside, reading, and spending time with her family.
