Meet Margaret Gresham

Margaret is a passionate, enthusiastic leader who served as a Naval Officer for the first ten years of her career and continues to serve in the Navy Reserves. Her passion for recruitment stems from her time as an Officer Recruiter in the military where she helped hundreds of men and women pursue their career aspirations. Physician recruitment is a family affair. Margaret takes after her mother who has been in the field nearly 40 years and she is excited to continue impacting the lives of physicians across the country. 

She has a bachelor’s degree in biological engineering from North Carolina State and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Western Carolina University.

She is an avid animal lover and fitness enthusiast and spends most of her free time with her dog, Ripley, her cat, Oliver, and her boyfriend. She enjoys good food, traveling to new places, and finding ways to give back to her community.
