Meet Nancy Cusick

Nancy Cusick is a partner at RosmanSearch. She has been with the firm since 2011, working exclusively in neurosurgery recruitment and consulting, and has recently added ortho spine. Nancy specializes in the south/southeast area of the country and has worked with numerous groups to help them successfully recruit neurosurgeons. Nancy works with Main Campus Academic Programs, Community Health Systems, Group Private Practices, and Academic Groups. You can also find her visiting the residents' programs and presenting at Grand Rounds.

Nancy earned her bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University. Prior to working with RosmanSearch, she worked in sales and management at Fortune 500 companies and was the President of her own company for many years.
