The neurology team is expanding to a total of seven neurologists, adding five new specialists to complement its existing group of four. The current team includes an interventional neurologist performing thrombectomies and a second neurosurgeon joining soon. The team also consists of a neurohospitalist, while three outpatient neurologists provide inpatient call on weekends.
Current Openings:
Neurohospitalist (7-on/7-off schedule)
Dementia Specialist
Movement Disorders/Parkinson’s Specialist (only one in the region)
Multiple Sclerosis Specialist
Neuromuscular/EMG Specialist (supported by five dedicated EMG technicians)
Most subspecialists will have a mix of outpatient and inpatient responsibilities, with subspecialty care provided 2-3 days per week.
