The new hire will join one in-practice spine neurosurgeon. The system is also committed to hiring two additional spine specialists to round out the team.

Having received the Healthgrades Distinguished Hospital Award for Clinical Excellence™, the neurosurgery staff enjoys a supportive and collaborative relationship with the administrative team. The hospital has 12 surgical suites, a 10-bed neuro-ICU, and up to date technology and equipment.
Position Highlights:
• 1:4 trauma call, APPs take floor and inpatient call
• Cranial and spine clinics are currently being formed to manage non-emergent calls that come through the ER
• Fantastic team of APPs: 3 are on staff for inpatient and floor call, 2 APPs are currently dedicated to the existing neurosurgeon's practice, and an additional APP will be provided for the new hire
• 100 cranial cases anticipated in year one with more than 200 once established; the existing neurosurgeon is happy to refer their cranial cases
• Brain Lab along with two Kinevo microscopes on site in addition to two Stealth stations and an O-Arm and 7D navigation
