A medical center in a warm, sunny city is excited to recruit a general neurosurgeon to the community. Both experienced and newly trained graduates are welcome. Interests in spine, cranial and trauma will be well supported in the context of a general position.

The medical center is a Level III, 300+-bed Primary Stroke Center. The executive leadership is extraordinarily supportive and eager to collaborate on growing and expanding the neurosurgery program! Capital expenditures are approved to add an O-Arm, a Panetro Microscope, Stealth navigation for spine and cranial procedures, and a Mobile C-Arm!

Practice Highlights:
• 1:3 call
• Case mix of 80/20 spine and cranial work
• 450k catchment area
• 150 cases in year one with more than 300 once established
• APP will be provided for new hire
• Seasoned Surgical Specialty Practice Manager on staff
• Fantastic referral base, the hospital employs the largest primary care group in the region
• Physician Outreach Director on staff offering a robust marketing plan
• Block time readily available
• Attractive base salary plus RVU bonus incentive and call compensation
