One of the largest faith-based healthcare organizations in the Midwest is excited to welcome a full-time general urologist to its beautiful campus located one hour northwest of Indianapolis. This opportunity is a replacement role, offering the incoming urologist an established patient base and a growing practice within a state-of-the-art facility with brand-new equipment, designed to optimize efficiencies specific to urology. The incoming physician will be supported by a highly-skilled, urology-focused APP and local call coverage.
Hospital Highlights:
• Level III Trauma Center
• Equipped with the latest medical technology, including two da Vinci surgical robots
• Operating rooms designed for efficiency, reducing turnaround times and enhancing productivity
Position Highlights:
• General bread-and-butter urology position; robotic experience preferred but not required
• Strong internal referral base
• Practice at one clinic and one hospital; clinic attached to the hospital
• Call is one week per month, supported by the community. Additional call is optional and compensated separately
• Highly competitive compensation package at the 75th percentile, with production bonus, relocation allowance, commencement and retention packages.
