An integrated health system located just an hour from downtown Chicago is excited to welcome a leader to shape its hospital-based urology practice. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and experienced Medical Director or Division Director responsible for overseeing the operations of the urology department. As a senior physician, the Medical Director will ensure the highest quality of care while optimizing operational efficiency within the practice. Candidates with expertise in Urologic Oncology, Robotic Surgery, FPMRS, or Endourology, in addition to general urology would be especially exciting to the hospital. Some prior leadership experience is preferred but the hospital group is open to emerging leaders with strong potential and Directorship aspirations.

• Single-hospital coverage with large procedure rooms adjacent to the hospital.
• Access to Two da Vinci robots available and ample OR block time for urology.

• 1:3 call schedule (10 days/month), mostly phone-based with limited in-person call requirements.
• Strong subspecialty support, including Interventional Radiology and a closed ICU with intensivists.
