• Case mix is 80% spine:20% cranial, 150+ cases in the first year
• Major trauma cases are referred to the local university
• Practice administrator with 12 years of experience
• Hospital has historically stable practice with minimal turnover of neurosurgeons

• Additional hospitalists are being hired to support neurosurgeons
