Urology Residency Program Director in Northern California

This exciting leadership role focuses on expanding the Urology residency program and provides opportunities for core/clinical faculty involvement. This opportunity is ideal for experienced urologists with strong leadership qualities, a passion for resident education, and a desire to contribute to a supportive, excellence-driven medical team. There is a need for generalists and subspecialists in URPS, as well as consideration for candidates specializing in Urologic Oncology, Male Infertility, and MIS Surgery. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of three years of educational or administrative experience within an ACGME-accredited Urology residency program as core faculty, Assistant/Associate Program Director, or Program Director.

Position Highlights:
• Incoming urologist will have immediate volume
• Advanced Graduate Medical Education facility
• Two SIM labs and building a third
• Allocated weekly administrative time for Director
• Core faculty positions and academic appointments available
• Scholarly activity, including assisting residents research, with protected time
• Call is 1:6, NO trauma call, shared with community urologists
• Able to perform surgeries at the hospital and an Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Employed model with 2-year income guarantee
• 50 Days Off - PTO/CME/National Holidays
