100% Endourology, 4-Day Work Week, NE Major Metro

One of the top academic university hospitals in the Northeast offers an incoming urologist a busy practice with significant Endourology volume immediately, with the ability to grow a subspecialty practice up to 100% if desired. This dynamic team is looking to bring in a board-certified Endourologist (upon eligibility) to help continue to grow their subspecialty-focused program by adding you as a key player to meet their division's needs. Hospital Highlights:
• 234-bed hospital with 2 medical office buildings, surgical towers, and an ASC onsite
• Recently expanded ED department with 42 private rooms and an embedded simulation unit for training purposes
• Surgical unit has 12 operating rooms

Position Highlights:
• Option for a 4-day work week
• Call is 1 weekday per week and 6 weekends per year; residents take first call
• All academic levels of tenure are encouraged to apply
• Ability to engage in academic pursuits with protected time (optional)
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows
• Publish papers and conduct clinical or bench research
• Ability to focus solely on clinical needs if academics are not your forte
• Current Endourologist is booked out 4 to 6 Months.
• RVU-based production or salaried employment options exist in perpetuity
• Rare program allows the physician to stay on salary or switch between salary and RVU production as desired
• Board certification required (upon eligibility)
• J1/H1 visa applicants may be eligible
