A Northern California hospital group is excited to welcome two urologists to their growing practice. The incoming urologist(s) will join two other physicians and one PA in the practice. There is demand in the area where an experienced urologist will be able to ramp up quickly, though this is also an ideal opportunity for residents and fellows seeking mentorship. This position offers a good work-life balance and there are safeguards in place to avoid burn out.

Position Highlights
• New and spacious hospital-based clinic with zero overhead
• General urology position, but can accommodate subspecialty interests, especially urologic oncology
• Two DaVinci Xi surgical robots, but robotic skills are not required
• Call is 1:5, a week at a time, shared with community urologists
• Supportive staff, medical assistants, an APP & a Scribe program
• Uses EPIC for EMR
• Competitive salary, above median and comprehensive benefits package
• Qualified for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
• $20,000 relocation, $60,000 sign-on bonus, stipend available
