Pediatric Urology Opportunity in Coastal Florida

A state-of-the-art, standalone pediatric facility that delivers vital and lifesaving care for children and their families throughout the region in Southwest Florida is excited to welcome an additional Pediatric Urologist. The 135 bed regional hospital cares for children across five counties and is the only children's hospital between Tampa and Miami. This hospital provides a variety of specialized services for the community's children ranging from emergency care to behavioral health, surgery to critical care, orthopedics, cancer treatment, cardiology, and more. This facility is part of a large, non-profi t organization comprised of 16,000+ employees, 4,500 volunteers, and more than 1,100 employed primary care and specialty providers with over 100 practice locations throughout Southwest Florida.

Hospital Highlights:
• 135 bed regional hospital
• OR block days for scheduling
• 16 bed PICU
• 70 bed NICU with 24-hour in-house Neonatology coverage.

Opportunity Highlights:
• Access to da Vinci robots and 7 OR rooms
• Only responsible for one hospital
• Call is 15 days/month, with APP assistance
• Only come in to hospital for Torsions
• Opportunity for Leadership role
