An award-winning hospital system in Indiana is excited to welcome additional urologists to their 357-bed hospital located in Northern Indiana, just outside of South Bend. The incoming urologist will be employed with the hospital group, but will join three other providers from a collegial private practice within the community. The community group is excited to provide mentorship to a new grad if desired. There is immediate volume with referrals for an in-practice physician to hit the ground running with a productive practice. You will have access to a brand new ASC, with options for physician buy-in. There is one robot at this location, with the potential of adding a second in the near future. The urologists in the community do not use a robot, so there is untapped volume for a robotic surgery-oriented urologist seeking dedicated OR time. You will join a physician-led and physician-driven health system which values every provider.
